Proven workflow process
Members make changes to their data and your staff decides whether to approve those changes. A typical example follows:
- A member wants to add a new auto
- She logs in to the system and completes the online form
- When your staff logs in, they see this change in their "work bin"
- They make a decision and click to approve it
It's that easy. It's in the database now and will immediately show on their schedules as of the date added.
Reporting
Reports include coverage schedules, annual schedules, invoicing, re-insurer schedules, certificates and requests for coverage, workers comp and others.
Access control
Different types of users have different access and views. For example, a reinsurer can only see reports they need, members can view and edit only their data, your Board can have a place to see updated travel and meeting plans.
Each member can see only their data, no one else's. Access is based on the role they are assigned from staff to re-insurer and others. Each will only be allowed to do what has been assigned.
